SESCO's Service has over 30 years combined food service experience

SESCO’s Client Care Representatives consist of three individuals who support our outside sales managers as well as customers throughout the Midwest territories.  Our team has over 30 years combined experience working within the SESCO organization.  Their focus is to provide information and support for all of the manufacturer’s lines that we represent.

Each representative supports assigned outside sales managers and the customers within these sales areas.  This enables our clients and sales managers to deal directly with one individual and gives our clients one contact that they will go to for all of their inquiries and needs. Prepared to Provide Soultions

Our Client Care Team’s responsibilities are to field phone calls from clients and sales managers, generate job quotes, enter orders for shipment, and research and respond to questions that our clients and sales managers may have.  At SESCO, you’ll find our Client Care Team well prepared to provide our customers with strong customer support and unparalleled service and food service equipment solutions
