Our staff includes product support specialists, technical service experts, marketing and finance personnel. The RATIONAL team also includes regional executive chefs, local sales representatives, a factory-trained, highly competent service network, and a nationwide network of certified RATIONAL chefs.

Rational Cooking Systems, Inc., is a subsidiary of RATIONAL A.G., a German corporation. RATIONAL is the inventor and worldwide research and development leader of Combi-Steamer technology.
The company was founded in 1973. Since then, 125,000 Combi-Steamers have been sold. In 1998 alone, 17,000 Combi-Steamers were sold worldwide, over 300% more units than the nearest competitor. RATIONAL is continuing its position as the world leader in volume and technology.
