Paul began as a self contractor with SESCO in 1993 and in 1996, came on board full time as a Client Care Representative. His extensive background in technical support, warranty, and equipment installation has guided him to his present position as Parts and Service Manager. Besides his current responsibilities, Paul is in charge of equipment sales management for the refrigeration agency market segment.

Jeffery Covode was born and raised in Greenhills, Ohio a small village in the Cincinnati suburbs. He graduated from Greenhills High School in 1990.  He attended Morehead State University in Eastern Kentucky and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. His first job in Food Equipment was 1998 as a Territory Manager in food retail covering the greater Cincinnati market. In 2000 he made the jump to food service when he joined manufacturer rep group. In April of 2009 he became a Territory Manager in Ohio, WV, Ky., and Southern Indiana selling ice machines. Jeffery joined the SESCO team in June of 2010

Ariel Gobert represents SESCO and our manufacturers in the state of Kentucky. Ariel has been in the food service industry since 1975 and has sold commercial food service equipment in Kentucky for over 25 years. SESCO welcomed Ariel to its sales team in 2003.

Prior to SESCO she worked as the system administrator for an industrial distributor and implemented their Prophet 21 ERP system in 1999. Since coming to SESCO, her duties have included initial Prophet 21 implementation, P21 B2B implementation, additional ERP functionality implementation, systems maintenance and support, and general IT management and support.

Mark joined the SESCO staff in the year 2000 as Controller and General Accountant. He came to SESCO with over 23 years experience in the field.  Mark held the position of Controller, at SESCO, for over 10 until his recent promotion to VP of Operations in April of 2011

Kevin began his career as Southern Ohio Territory Manager for SESCO in 1998. His sales background includes 25 years in the food service equipment industry. Kevin is currently Regional Manager for Kentucky and Pennsylvania.

Mike joined SESCO in April of 2011. Mike has been in accounting for over 29 years with over 15 of those years in related distribution business accounts.

Wayne has been with the SESCO organization since 1989. Before stepping into the role of Vice President of Sales, Wayne held the position of SESCO's VP of Major Accounts. Wayne also maintains accounts in Central Ohio and West Virginia.

Charley Miller came to SESCO with a 20 year sales background in the Machine Tool Industry. He joined SESCO in 2001 and is the Territory Manager for Northern Ohio area.

Kim Morales is our Client Care Manager at our Regional Inventory Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Kim joined SESCO in 1987 as a Parts and Service Representative and then quickly moved into the role of Parts and Service Manager. Three years ago she accepted the position of SESCO's Client Care Manager.

Crystal began her career in the industry as a Customer Service Representative for a commercial food service equipment repair company. She was promoted to the position of Marketing Coordinator and held that position four years before joining SESCO in 2002. Her current title is Marketing Manager and some of her responsibilities include developing and executing marketing initiatives, managing SESCO's web site and fulfilling literature requests.

Bill Wickert is a native of Milwaukee,Wisconsin. He's been an employee of Specialty Equipment Sales Company since 1983. As well as holding the office of President for SESCO, he actively services key chain accounts within SESCO's territories.

Steve Wright is a native of Southern Indiana. Steve started his sales career in the Sporting Goods Industry. He traveled the Midwest for over thirteen years before sailing into the position of SESCO Representative for Indiana in 1997. Steve is currently Regional Manager for Indiana and Michigan.
