Jim came on board the SESCO team in June of 2007 as Purchaser. Before his position as Purchasing Manager at SESCO, Jim's experience comprised over 15 years in the food distribution industry.

Ken joined the SESCO sales team in 2018 as our Michigan/NW Ohio territory manager. Ken has over 10 years of experience in food service industry sales.

Paul began as a self contractor with SESCO in 1993 and in 1996, came on board full time as a Client Care Representative. His extensive background in technical support, warranty, and equipment installation has guided him to his position of special accounts sales & CCR manager.
Rylie Church, Sales Mgr / Southern Division

Rylie joined the SESCO sales team in 2012. He has been in the food service industry since 1983 in various positions. He started his sales career over 20 years ago in the Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky markets. Rylie resides in Liberty Township, Ohio.

Mark Kapinski, VP of Operations

Mark joined the SESCO team in 2000 as its Controller. He came to SESCO as a CPA with an MBA in accounting. He had over 23 years of experience primarily in the automotive aftermarket. Mark’s experience is diverse including accounting, finance, operations, warehousing, distribution, logistics and human resources. Mark held the position of Controller at SESCO for over 10 years until his promotion to VP of Operations in 2011.
Karen Ksiezyk, Equipment Client Care

Karen is a client care representative in SESCO's equipment customer service department. She is ready to take your order and able to help you with all your new equipment needs and questions. Karen joined SESCO in 2011 with many years of sales and customer service experience in the foodservice industry.

Kevin Leonard, CFSP, CPMR President

Kevin has over 30 years experience in the food service equipment industry. Kevin came to SESCO in 1998 as our Southern Ohio Territory Manager. He was promoted to Regional Manager in 2008 and to VP of Sales and Marketing in 2014. Kevin was promoted to President in 2018.

Mike Lewandowski, Accounting Manager

Mike joined the SESCO staff in April of 2011. He is a graduate of Ohio State University. Shortly after graduation he became a Certified Public Account. Before joining SESCO, Mike was an accounting and operations consultant for various organizations in industries that included home improvement, computer software and health & fitness.

Kim is our Lead Equipment Client Care Representative at our Regional Inventory Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Kim joined SESCO in 1987 as a Parts and Service Representative. With over 30 years of parts and service, customer service and food service equipment experience Kim has a unique knowledge base to help you with all of your questions and needs.
Kelley Osmon, Territory Manager/ Kentucky

Kentucky territory
Kelley started with SESCO in 2018 with over 12 years of experience selling food equipment. Previously her career started working in restaurants, hotels and convention centers both on the operational and sales side of the business. Kelley resides in Georgetown, KY with her husband and 3 boys and is SESCO’s Territory Manager for Kentucky.

Cindy Slovak, Administrative Assistant

SESCO - Cindy SlovakCindy is a long term SESCO team member, having joined the staff in 1983. Cindy handles the billing of our valuable customers and is responsible for an array of administrative and accounting functions.
Colette Stamler, Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

SESCO - Colette StamlerThe first friendly voice you hear when you call SESCO will probably be Colette, she is the SESCO receptionist. Other responsibilities include a wide range of accounting and administrative functions. Colette has been a SESCO team member since 2010.
Doug Thompson, Territory Manager / Central Ohio

SESCO - Doug Thompson Doug came to SESCO in 2018 with over 13 years of sales experience in the food service industry. Previously Doug owned and operated a successful food service sales & marketing firm. A native of Columbus, Doug is our Columbus and Central Ohio Territory Sales Manager.

Steve Wright, CFSP, CPMR VP of Business Development

Steve started his career in the food service equipment business with SESCO in 1997. It’s an easy date for him to remember as he accepted the offer the same day his daughter was born. Steve has held many positions at SESCO including Territory and Regional manager and is currently our Vice President of Business Development. He lives in Carmel Indiana with his wife (Nancy) and two dogs.

Brian Zavasnik, Lead CCR/Warranty Tech Support

SESCO - Brian Zavasnik Brian is our Lead Parts and Service Client Care Representative in the parts, service and warranty department. He has been with SESCO since 2005 and has an extensive background in HVAC and customer service. Brain has excellent technical and trouble shooting skills which allow him to efficiently and effectively help resolve your service requirements.
